Re: 2021 GATHERING?
After being forced to shut down normal patient care for 7 weeks last April-May. I went back to 5 days a week for the rest of the year to catch up with periodic cleanings and restorations in my private dental office.
Here are some FACT'S to consider: My team of 6 has seen 1,000's of patients come through our 1400 sq ft office in the past 10 months. I work 18" from the source of what "science" has told us Covid 19 spreads from WHILE CREATING AERSOLS FROM THAT VERY SOURCE. We have always practiced universal precautions including sterilizing ops and instruments to kill TB spored ( the toughest thing to kill), not a single staff member has contracted Covid 19 wearing nothing more than a basic surgical mask, eye protection and latex free gloves. I've also been on a plane 10 times in the last year. still no covid. Let that sink in.... What I gather from all this: I'm not saying the covid virus isnt real, Its just not EBOLA. The goverment and the main stream media sure treat it as such. Everyone should ask themselves why?? At least for now, Its still a FREE country . You "should" be FREE to go out and about if you choose, or you are FREE to stay home if you suffer from pre-existing conditions or dont want to "take the risk". We didnt hear about a massive Covid outbreak after Alabama fans stormed the streets to celebrate yet another national championship did we??? I doubt you will once states like texas open back up for buisness, unless the media decides to continue with their spin. |

Again, my comment stands. As a Founding Member of this forum and a long time member of its predecessor the ZR-1 Registry, I reiterate that this is not the forum for this kind of discussion. Let's keep it to ZR-1s. --Bob

Re: 2021 GATHERING?
back on topic, so now that there is no museum gathering, how about a few dawn patrols and mountain runs to take it's place?
I've missed them so far and think that spring on Cherahola and another MR would be just the thing. Divert over to duck on the way back. I've missed all the mountain runs and a quiet road during the week down there seems like just the ticket

Re: 2021 GATHERING?
I am in. I suggest home base at a hotel in Helen GA or possibly near Blowing Tock NC for a bit of a change up. There is a great loop at Little Switzerland I ran at Thanksgiving in snow flurries! Gotta get new tires. Work is crazy but I can sneak out for a couple of days. What do you think Mr Gunny?
