there is a master exh pipe bender down here who is a buddy of mine Robert in Stafford who can likely make us a TI exhaust system. I haven talked to him in years but he used to do work on my turbo cars and old c3 vettes and does beautiful work. Not positive he welds TI though as its a bit more difficult. The TI stuff is amazing. I got a stock TI C5 system and I'm floored by how light the system is. Akropovic does so pretty cool stuff for the later vettes but I don't know that I've even seen a TI system for the ZR-1

Bob the new Ti Mufflers weigh 2.6 lbs each 13" oval body length.
My B&B mufflers are 14".
Dont know the weight of the B&B muffler but im sure they are much heavier.
