Thou shall shall answer in earnest that the cost of all LT-5 repair parts and ZR-1 speed modifcations are fixed at a price point of "only $100" to all spousal support units.

Thou shalt not attempt to speed shift into second gear unless the clutch pedal is depressed completely to the floor.

Thou shalt not release copious clouds of tire smoke inside ones own neighborhood, especially if the proximity of said demonstration is such that your significant other can hear the siren song of a high revving LT5 engine and the squeal of rubber being scrubbed onto the pavement.

Stay in off position long enough then after 12 midnight and "poof!" you will find LT1 under the hood - not that there is anything wrong with it!

Thou shall purchase parts 2 by 2 when the opportunity presents itself

Thou shall not let butchers build engines

I totally understand. It's like driving my Grand National with no boost

When I bought the ZR1 recently, I did not have the key in the full power mode. I have since made up for that 11 hour drive in the rain and now having too much fun...

Thanks,

Jeff

Thou shalt not spend a ton of money replacing injectors without ohming out the coils first :P

I keep seeing more threads with people continuing to recommend injector replacement and it turns out to be something to do with the coils.

I understand your concern.
I have never tried it but there is a relatively inexpensive tool ($150+) where you can touch the plug boot with motor running that will tell you whether plug is firing or not.
http://www.sparkplugsensor.com/

Also, it is my understanding, one coil fires 2 cylinders. Therefore, if you determine 2 sets of plugs corresponding to one coil are both not firing obvious suspect would be coil.
Having said that, based on my experience (two out of 6,700+ production), coil seems to be less of a weaker link then injectors. I suspect introduction of ethanol seems to have contributed to this. Just my thoughts.
