Running into a brick wall with anyone that makes a M16 X 1.0 bolt in approximately 6" length that I think could work with a large washer and nut. All negative results with all the big bolt manufacturers, but I have one quote waiting for a response from these guys: http://www.tacomascrew.com/products

I'm sure your local machine shop could whip this out very easily. Or you can buy a M16 x 1.0 die and with some 5/8" round stock (close enough to 16 mm) and make your own.
