Dave says you have a new Pioneer combo system with all the bells and whistles going in the 94 that has me interested plus you probably need somebody with experience to qualify you on that shiny new bearing puller you got.

I just wanted to say how lucky you guys are to be within driving distance to give each other a hand with repairs. It sure doesn't work that way out here way - up in No. Cal. Jeff is only 400 miles north in Portland ...that's if I got really hung up. No one else up here knows a friggen thing about these engines.

I "found" all these helpful guys by going to events and local car shows and getting the email address of everyone I met who knew about the ZR-1. Then I started an email list and we did some local "events" to get to know one another. I now have a list of about 32 ZR-1 owners in the Baltimore/northern Virginia area. Many do not ever post on the forums, very few use the ZR-1Net. Some are not "active" in the ZR-1 Net Registry. Also it helps to have David keep in contact with everyone in the ZR-1 universe.

The regional forums have helped also. It gets people to think "locally".

Remember to pull the MAP sensor off the back of the plenum before pulling the transmision
