Re: Baer 6-piston calipers at reasonable prices
I bought these and they look great but
they rubbed against my after-market 17" rims. I switched back to GS calipers and the Baers sit in my garage until............. |

Re: Baer 6-piston calipers at reasonable prices
I did buy them. They clear my AFS 5-spokes, though by a thin margin. You can't fit a finger between the caliper and the spoke.
They are a nice upgrade at this point. I had lots of initial hassle though. But by now they should include a properly sized banjo bolt. Also, buy a decent brake pad to use. The included ceramic pad is terrible. Rich, if you want to check them out in person, let me know.

Re: Baer 6-piston calipers at reasonable prices
I didn't know about it. I wasn't planning on going, I'm not really into the car show scene. I'll see though. I could stop by Chik-Fil-A in Dulles some Friday night if you ever get out that way. There may be better roads to take a quick spin on there without so much traffic than in Manassas.
