Re: Cam Cover Installation Question
Hey guys,
I got the cam covers back on the car; however, a week has gone by and I noticed that the excess sealant around the edges is still tacky. Is this normal? |

Re: Cam Cover Installation Question
Yes. PermaBond A136 is an anaerobic sealant, meaning it only cures in the absence of air. Obviously, the sealant visible around the edges is in contact with air and is not cured, as it should be.
