Default Re: Moldex Crankshaft Shop Visit

homer says awwwwwwhhhhhh crank porn

first time I heard of the price of these little rascals I fainted as it was more than the price of any short blocks I had done and more than the price of hemi TF crank so I thought something was wrong.

I tried to get a "group buy" on cranks and ya know what, it's pretty hard to muster 20++ guys wanting to do 415s

do ya know how many 415s are even out there? Less than I thought.

So now I like going big bore short stroke as the liners and pistons and block mods are less than the price of the high zoot crank and I think the stocker is pretty strong. How strong, well not as strong as this sucker

I'll have to post my christmas crank porn pics and clean up my Sonny 3.875 crank to go to the dance. Dated by the Pankl ti rods in tuxedo

I think I need to coat the pistons. Phil sent me something that looks really cool there. And for sure some MLS gaskets, as I want to see how they do.

I hope to have a nice winter cleaning up the old LSV, and it sure was nice to hear Phil talk about this shop. Hard not to get excited about
