Re: 1990 ZR1 #2343
It was a fun expedition, thanks Tom for having me along. The car was not really well sorted out by registry standards. Could be a good value for someone with experience looking for a project car. The owner was very gracious and accommodating to all of our poking and prodding.
For future reference for anyone searching for info on this car, the biggest concern was that the owner reported intermittent lack of full power operation. I verified the vacuum system was functioning correctly and that the power key was making good contact, so I suspect there's a fuel delivery issue, or maybe a mechanical problem with the secondary actuators or butterfly valves. We did not do a test drive to investigate further. Sent from my moto g(6) play using ZR-1 Net Registry mobile app

Re: 1990 ZR1 #2343
I think this is the one I was considering a few months ago. I believe he bought it at Leake Auction last year for $16k plus fees, then had to replace injectors when he got it home. I think it ran through the Mecum a few weeks ago and was bid up to $13k, but did not meet reserve.

Yes, that's it. And 13k is probably the right price given the condition.
