I don't believe that's so. You might ask for opinions from those with 'bronze' tops and it would matter year I believe also.

My 'bronze' top ('90 w/red) hasn't been on the car since '04 maybe but a friend has a '90 with 'bronze' and I don't find it offensive. I've not been in it recently but I don't recall issues and actually I might prefer it. I wear DriveWear sunglasses that are somewhat different also so maybe it's a 'me thing'.

What year car and # are you looking at? The SPID would mention solid, single and tint of original.

C2L > BOTH, CC3 > TRANSPARENT, 24S > BLUE, 64S > BRONZE & CF7 > PAINTED

Join and I believe the top(s) options are recorded by VIN in the 'members section'.

i had a blue top on my 89 with red interior and I kept it for my 1990 (Black Red) I really like the top..
