I did all the design and engineering. I did all the lifting, carpentry and repair to the structure were the wall shift damaged the top plate and three of the rafters.

Mike, the mason was a great find. He worked with my plan to restore the building to service. I had gotten estimates in the $10,000 to $12,000 range for the repair. Mike did the wall demolition and rebuild for less than $2,000.

I doubt that Lyndi would go for a Battleship gray paint job and she is the decorator.

WAZOO guys may recognize the hydraulic jaws we use to separate exhaust systems. I used it to pull the separated roof structure into a better position.

Wow I think you saved yourself a ton. Do you have the real estate for a possible tandum forward in the future? I think you might win that argument as a old Navy man. Battleship grey is a fine manly color and the garage is manly domain
