I believe GM still has the '93-95 style that you can swap onto a '90-92 car. I don't believe they are NLA, because I don't need one.

You would qualify for the cap program.Where the state will pay to have whatever is wrong with you ZR-1 fixed up to $500.You may pay a $20 copay.Contact the BOAR department and they will give you a list of competant shops to take your car too.Its not that much trouble.I did it when I had my 1980 Vette.

i just had a set of stainless works headers, B&B cat back, X pipe, and Magnaflow metal core cats installed. The magnaflow metal cores are very cool looking, smooth transition from 3" to the 4" case that houses the catalist material and its VERY free flowing and CHEAP!!! i got mine for $110ea. you can see straight through them looking inside the pipe. its like a honey comb metal core catalyst. anyway, just thought i would throw that in there for anybody looking for cats cause i reccomend them.

My 1990, #1656, flunked smog in July. My stock cats were not working (rt side internals were gone, lt side was about 30% gone). I replaced the stock exhaust and cats w/SS headers & cats (I installed my stock AIR tubes on the SS headers). Took it back and passed w/flying colors. BTW if you pay DMV the required fee (just send them your renewal fee) you will get a notice saying your registration is not complete until you pass smog. Take it to your smog shop when you are ready & no late fee!!
