As an FYI, we have some examples of NA ZR-1s in the 1/2 mile.

Here is a spreadsheet w/ the 2014 Monee, IL WANNAGOFAST 1/2 mile results.
In green are FORCED INDUCTION cars, and in gold are the NATURALLY ASPIRATED cars. Unfortunately, the mods are not known for the most part. But, it is pretty safe to say the top half or maybe 2/3rds ARE modded in some way. To attempt to answer MuRCieLaGo question, considering the base C7 is listed as 450 chp for the LT1s puts it in the LS3 range, and 650 chp for the C7 ZO6 puts it in the C6 ZR1 area - give or take.
