Hey thank you guys.....Always been a big fan of the car....
Had a 76 coupe than found the 73 convertible ...Pulled out that smog filled L- 48 and put a 40 over worked 350 w aluminum heads , hurst 4 speed.. Take great care of my stuff and will do the same for the ZR 1.. Thanks....John... |

Well,the injectors died in my 91 at 8,000 original miles so if the injectors in your car are original they will need to be replaced,not if but when.The good thing is everything you need to replace these are easily found including all the info you might need to do the job.

Hey Jeff....
Yes I was reading an article actually a few about this issue... It's funny,some cars have had the issue and some have not.. I was reading that the Accel injectors you get at Summit will do the trick. I priced them at 297.00..... I did send away for an additive that you can put in the gas, one ounce for Every ten gallons......I'm not really big into throwing additives in the gas,but It got a good write up online,so I will see how the car is when It arrives...
