My GTO conv is a Verdero Green car. I plan to do an Orange Judge theme with a late model LS drivetrain and take it to Woodward Ave when it's done. One of my all time favorite cars, besides my #1 favorite, a 70 Superbird.

If you need them, I have a NOS enduro nose, hide-a-way headlight setup and a mint original trunk lid with an Judge spoiler on it. No cracks,warping, or rust in the trunk. I also have a full set of 06 GTO seats.

I have a very nice 91 for sale - black/black, 28K mi., owned for last 13 yrs. in Colorado and driven a about 1K mi. per year.
It is very original, but a wonderful car to drive - very reliable.
If you are interested, I can provide additional pictures/info.
I am asking $23500 with original tires/wheels presently on the car (only 12K mi on these), but have a set of chrome 94 zr1 wheels and newer Nitto tires with less than 1K mi. on them for an additional $1000.
I am retired and would be willing to help you drive the car home to NC - sounds like a great road trip!

When I was a kid my Mom had a 67 G.T.O. 4 speed.In 1974 my parents traded it in on a new Ford Pinto wagon,got $75 for the G.T.O.

I have a Black on Black 1994 50K miles With Stainless Works headers, and 3" B&B catback. It has 18" Shelby Series One wheels with Michelin PS2's. I saved everything to put it back to stock including the original A Mold wheels and tire pressure sensors and exhaust.
