net. every car after....73? was rated as net. it's part of what lead to lower HP ratings

Yes kevin i get it, but.... what if there is a wax build up, i need that buffed off and rubbed with a fine chamois. now chop chop.....lol "inside joke" oh boy dont egg me on.
