You can get a speed reading, RPM, a few others. The most important one though is the temp.

Well, I guess you can just look at the gauge and guess.

It seems like a PIA but the gauge is sooo not linear. I had mine on my scanner and the displayed coolant temps were so not what you would think the gauges are telling ya. I mean the gauge was like a 1/4" away from 260 and the scanner said 212*. As I watched the motor get to the temps that the fans are turned on & off the needle was far enough over to make me get worried but the scanner was telling me a different story....like clam down all is in order.

Youre right, they arent accurate at all.
First 15-20 min (85)-185....Afer extended (slower speeds)driving in 100 de g.heat averages 195-203.... Once at cruising speeds drops back down to 190-200ish (87-97C?)
Too bad they dont read in farenheight
Gauge needle ranges anywhere from a hair over 1/3 way to just over half...

Yea I understand that. When I was driving mine home for the first time I was concerned about the temp as I could not tell what the gague was telling me. On my 92, I just had to hit the gagues button on my dash to get the digital readout.

I didnt know you needed to do that to get the reading on the 90.
