Re: planing a Corvette trip to USA September 2010
I know its ford related but if your going to be in Chicago area you might want to go to the henry ford museum in Michigan (http://www.hfmgv.org/) its truly a once in a life time experience. There are a few corvettes there also Bugatti Royal, the worlds largest train to name a few Lots of Americana . I think you would really enjoy it.

OOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo....
You guys need to get on Rte 66 and come out west to the open roads and opportunities to drive without potholes and traffic jams. Hwy 66 because it's historic, or 80 or 50...it doesn't matter as long as you get to Nevada and hundreds of miles of open driving roads. And, no rain, twisters, or floods. |

If you make it to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, be sure to swing by AutoMasters and see Jim Van Dorn....a real part of ZR-1 history. He is very close to the museum and on a good day... an endless source of ZR-1 stories.
Hope your visit to the States is a great one. |
