This elbow broke yesterday on Hwy 15 after leaving Carlisle, actually the connection into the plenum is what broke not the elbow. I had to J-B Weld it to get home.
Does anyone know where to get another one and what type of connection is used to attach it to the plenum? ![]() |

They corrode from age, probably easier to drill out and make a new one. You could always pull plenum & plug the I/H passage cutting the water out of the entire area. I did and it works & looks great!!

you can find the straight, but not the 90* elbow. They have been gone for years now. I have the straight with longer hose for the bend. Most don't even notice. The straight comes from the Throttle body.

Thanks guys, Jerry also confirmed these are no longer available. White has something that looks like it but is not the right part.
Shrek (local Vette hero, former Navy machinist, legends car crew chief, and all round good wrench) has volunteered to help me drill and tap it and replace it with something else. He works at a machine shop and can fab just about anything. |
