First class welding.
I got my plenum back today. He did a fantastic job on welding it. He left just enough build up on the outside so I could report the inside without getting thin again. I asked him how much I owed him. He said don't worry about it.
After the nice three day weekend I'll bring it back to the powder coaters. He said my powder has arrived and they are ready to start. |

i can see how it would suck if you kept punching holes, adding more material, punching new holes, adding more and on and on. Hopefully you got away with it just the one time. Will the powder coater have to blast it again?

He might have to lightly blast it just to get a few finger prints off it. I can already tell that everything is gonna look so sweat when its done after looking at the sample color. Robert said he'd give me $3,000 cash right now for my 68 stang. I'm strongly considering it. That way I can get new wheel bearings and Jeal headers without dipping into the bank account.
