Hi Pete,
The car crank, but no spark,no fuel!!
the same told me Kurt, he could lose pin in conectors which goes to coil or to DSI, but the mechanic told he checked these thing and seems every thing s fine, BUT who know what the hell he is doing!!
i return home before 4 days, and i havent chance to see my Z after spending 3 weeks there in CZ.

Have you checked for any codes? You didn't say. If no codes, then with no fuel delivery and no spark, is there reference pulse (sync pulse) from the crank sensor to the ignition control module? Without that, the ECM doesn't know engine position or engine speed and will not fire the coils and subsequent energize the injectors. That would explain your symptoms. There are other reasons too but you have to start with the basics.

ittlfly,
The guy said that there is signal coming from crank sensor and thing looks ok!
He said also no error code from ECM. Strange!
but i will forward your post to his E-mail,so he check these steps.
thanks anyway.

Ok...if he is SURE that the reference pulse is present FROM the crank sensor TO Ig. contrl. module, then the next thing to check is the signal TO the ECM. The signal varies from 0-5 V depending on the position of the 9 sloted crank shaft wheel. The upshot is that from the 2 signals, the ign module knows engine postion and the ECM can trigger fuel pulses to the injectors.

What i am sure, he told me there was signal Volt from crank sensor to ign modul, but not sure he mean during cranking,or just during Turn on ignition!

Update:
after ordering the new Ign. module and replaced it with old one, the engine still did not start!
Thanks for Pete he was within to find out the problem NO START during cranking.
I am going to post what i sent PETE, so you share the topic with me.
The Czech Mechanic sent me this info:
fuel pressure its 50psi,but injector no opened,no signal of ECU.
crank sensor terminal A+ C on DIS 990 ohms and crank engine voltage its 0.55V
and for 2 3way conector for coil no signal A and B only C its ground OK."

He send me just now masege saying that the plug connector is in,and its fine! hmm.
PETE you Said that you can run MSD ignition without needing for orginal Ign. module?? is this what you mean?! i need to know.
If i am runing the MSD DIS-4 system, i dont need the orginal ign. module? they are not working in the same time? if i UNpluged the Connector runing from ign. module to coil, with MSD DIS-4 the engine should run?
Let me know this info.

Hadi
