Smile Need better handling

I just got off the track at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch outside of Las Vegas in the small town of Pahrump, NV. Had a great time, car ran great. I am looking for suggestions on how to get better handling. The only guys really whipping up on me were new Z06's with over 100 more HP. One problem I was made aware of when accelerating WOT was front end lift.

It should be illegal to have so much fun. If anyone has ever thought about going to their Corvette Track Days don't hesitate. There was only one other C4 and he ran in a lower class.

Sounds like a great time. A lot of folks here have done coilover supension mods and DRM suspension component upgrades such as the trailing arms brackets/ Camber backets and such. The brackets are susposed to keep the car on the ground and reduce squatting under hard accel. I just bought a set of the DRM brackets to give it a try. The coilovers help with the pitch/roll on the corners and the autocrosser types swear by them.

Spring Mountain is a blast! I took the level 1 course and am planning on returning for the level 2 soon.

There are a number of different suspension mods that can reduce squat and front lift. I'm not the guy to tell you about it, but Doug Rippie is. He makes & sells track proven products and can talk to you on the phone and get you started.

Bob, give me a shout. We can walk you through a plan. I will say, getting on the track is very addictive.
