Default Best weatherstripping

My 1991 ZR-1 is due for replacement if the weatherstripping. I see many online retailers selling those parts. Is the weatherstripping from everyone basically the same? Does someone sell weatherstripping that?s better than the rest? Just looking for the best, longest lasting solution.

The ONLY, yes, ONLY brand to buy!!!

Sold most everywhere. ( and it is made in Michigan!!! )

Anything else is garbage, unless of course you come across "properly stored" NOS.

Exactly the help I was looking for. Thanks Marty!

My next question is going to be about shift knobs. The leather is very worn on mine. Do I need a whole new knob? Can just the leather be replaced?

If you want to keep the shift knob stock, contact Mark at Mirrock Corvette www.MirrockCorvette.com

It just has to be a quality stock-looking replacement. It doesn?t have to be OEM. Has anyone tried these ones? I was also considering their shifter boot while I was at it.

When I replaced my hatch weatherstrip, I went with Corvette Central. Not sure who their supplier is, but they use a formed corner that moves the seam from the original location. Much better design, although not original.
