Default Calling all ZR-1 Owners in Hawaii

Howzit,

I guess there might be 5 of us or so, but I would like to meet up with the other owners if possible. In addition, I'm thinking about shipping my Z to the West Coast for an event next year and trying to see if anyone else might be interested. We have a unique situation being here on the islands and it would be great to meet up once in awhile and work together on Z projects.

Aloha,

So if you ship to the West Coast, then you HAVE to drive to BG and as long as you're that far east you might as well cruise on down to Ft. Gordon ... yada yada yada. Seriously, maybe some of us could meet up & shoot the Dragon if you get that far east. And if you do make it to the Augusta area, you can stay at our house ... it's always great to have extra Z's in the driveway.

And if you stop in Vegas, we'll make room in our garage.

Thanks George! I don't think I would ever drive to BG, although I really appreciate the Southern hospitality.....that's a long haul. If I ever come and visit you in the Augusta area it would definitely be by air. Who knows, after I retire next year I might move that way as I have been offered jobs at Fort Gordon and made so many friends in the area. Thanks again for your offer and I hope you can make it to Hawaii some day too.

Aloha,

Craig

Thanks Ken. Your area is what I was thinking when the West Coast gathering meets. It is crazy to ship the Z to LA, but not too bad at $2K round trip for the experience. Since we don't have such a thing here in Hawaii and the Corvette Clubs don't seem to do any type of racing, only cruising or solo II at the most.

Hey braddah Keith,

So when are you coming to Hawaii; I know you want to see women dancing in grass skirt with no underwear? When I finish my motor you will be calling me "Diaper Man". Mahalo for the invitation and I appreciate it. By the way, what is the latest on shirts without me searching?

A hui hou kakou,
