Here's my guess based on my list:
43 Bright Red 91's on the list
26 or 60% with red interior
10 or 23% with black interior
5 or 12% with sadle interior
2 or 5% with grey interior
So, I would guess out of the 634 Bright Red, 76 had a Sadle interior.

My percentage numbers are similar, they include all the cars off your list also:
128 Red cars or 20.19% of the 634 Total built
75 or 58.59% with Red/371 Total
29 or 22.66% with Black/144 Total
14 or 10.94% with Saddle/69 Total
10 or 7.81% with Gray/50 Total

I'll post the rest of the results for the other colors in this format. I can't copy the above so will do it in a separate post.

I had 3 Charcoal Metallic cars and all 3 had Gray Interiors. Rarest color for 91 with only 19 total built.

There are also 187 cars listed with unknown exterior colors.

There you have it.

Your percentages are really close to mine with a larger sample size. I also did the white cars from my spreed sheet and got very close to the same percentages. I think we can assume that the percentages that you have are very close.

If you want I can host your spread sheet on my website then you could easily insert it into a post.

That would be great. I have two, the big one with the 91-95's and the one where I did the calculations based on the '91's I have in that spreadsheet. Give me some time and I will finish up the cars in the later years from the Registry members list. Shoot me an email and I will send them to you once finished. Once finished I can do the 92-93 cars the same way for color combos.

Thanks

Brad,
I'm not keeping track of the 90's 'cause there's so many of them. I probably ought to. The only reason I'm keeping track of '91's is because I have one. I do have your Callaway on the list.
