I am replacing the injectors, & had to remove the plenum and injectors. But neither of the three service manuals give the torque for the bolts to the fuel lines (intake & return) or the bolts on the fuel rails, I loosened to change injectors.
Also, since I loosened the bolts on the fuel rails, should I replace the "o" ring for the fuel pipes? Thank you, Ellis |

Off the top of my head I think it is probably 15 foot pounds for the fuel rail bolts. Regarding the O-ring, I habitually replace any O ring that I disassemble unless it was recently replaced and I am confident that I did not damage it. This assumes that the correct O ring is available
