Default 1991 ZR1. Canadian Car. 64k miles. Part out, sell whole, or fix and drive?

Original Canadian Car. Currently located in Stoney Creek, Ontario, about an hour from Toronto. Mileage is 64k miles (102k km)

Open to offers on the car whole (can deliver) or on individual parts, but will not sell anything small until the bigger parts (engine, trans, chassis, Wheels) are spoken for.

Purchased this project last year but I'm too busy with two new businesses on the go to work on it, so I'm considering selling it, or parting it out. I have another Z, so really theres no need for two. Details on the project from the previous owner below (you may recognize it from Ebay as it was for sale there last year):

Original Paint, Interior, the car needs to be put together, most of the parts and work has been done and with a bit of work it can be running in a few weeks with the help of a buddy and time. I have allocated all the missing parts with the exception of ignition coils, and some little odds and ends. Second owner decided to have some performance work done at a local shop that put it together ran for 20 miles, then they were to repair it and a year later they closed shop. The car sat for the better part of 6 years after the damage to the engine was caused after the initial performance work was done which was a dropper valve, and damaged piston. Recently the damaged engine was repaired buy Roger Tennant Automotive, cylinder head was repaired, valve and piston replaced from Jerry's Gaskets. Engine is currently mostly assembled on a stand

Damage was the front of the cam broke the sprocket nipple and on one cylinder the valve hit the piston. Head was sent out to a shop in Montreal to repair the head, Part were bought at Jerry's Gaskets to get it back to its current stage but was missing the drivers exhaust cam at the time for final assembly, which I have now.

What I have...Complete Motor with the needed Drivers Side Exhaust Cam to finish assembly, Motor was repaired be previous owner, Starter, Alternator, AC compressor, New and used Water pump, New Spark Plugs wires, New and used harmonic balancer, power steering pump, new heater core cover ( broken when engine was removed by previous shop ), Driveshaft, Torque arm, 6 spd ZF transmission with upgraded clutch and stock flywheel and bellhousing, New Silicone engine hoses, New GM hard Vacuum lines, Stock Manifolds with catalytic's hollowed , Stock full exhaust with mufflers, Air box..

Car needs to be put together, needs tires, brakes, body is original but could use paint, has removable hard top.
