Default 1990 Wheel question

I believe the wheels on my '90 are original to the car. Dates on inside rim are just prior to my car build date. I also have the original lug nuts, locks, covers, and valve stem caps, but they are not in the following photo.
My question is about the center and inside of the blades being painted (or coated) black.
How much of a judging hit will this cause?
Here's a pic of what I am referring to:

Hopefully some in the know will chime in. It’s not a stock look or my preference.

Lou, I agree. It is not my preference, but they are not really that bad when you take in the whole picture of it being a red car.
A while back someone said they had seen this before on a'90. They thought it was sold by a dealer as an add-on. I don't know who the dealer was or even if this was the case. The paint is of very good quality and obviously professionally done.
Another mystery!!

If it is a dealer supplied paint it would be a point hit. NCRS judges based on as delivered from the factory. The center of the wheels that I have and have seen are turned on a lathe. The depressions around the center are a light gray paint, before the wheel is turned.

Not sure about point hit. I would think the most might be around 20% of the originality points. Condition points would be another question.

Frankly, I would not worry about the point hit since the cost to restore is significantly higher than the point deduct. I'd work on repair of other less costly fixes. I had a 1990 rim restored a number of years ago, if memory serves the cost was about $300 per rim. Probabily a lot more now, especiall the wider rear rims.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think it would be reasonable to remove the paint and refinish the wheels. Probably less expensive to just buy another set. Dates might not match, so it might be a wash.
Think I'll pass on this item and continue on the less costly fixes for now.
Thanks again,
