There is a rubber tube thing that hangs down over that block....it drains water from up at the cowl...you wanna check that you re-rout that tube and the water away from that block. or at least check it.... mine was aimed right at that block.
My block is that clean....I cleaned it myself & it's the cleanest part that ya never see on my car...the rest of the under side stuff has this nice patina of excercise grim on it!
