The Service Manual shouldn’t be included as part of the NCRS judging. Only items that were delivered during the original purchase and receipt of the vehicle in IMHO!

Otherwise, you should include the 1st State safety inspection sticker and license plate... [emoji41]

I thought we were discussing the owner's manual. This item is a judged item. It is included in the total owner's package in the black owners packet.
Maybe I missed something here and if I did, I apologize.

Owners Manual for 1990 #442. Built 10/13/89.
Manual part # 10122656 A.
"Litho in Canada" under part # on back page.
"Copyright 1989 General Motors Corporation" on page "i".
Front cover has white car over gray background.
Red "1990" at top of front cover.
White lettering in lower area of front cover.
This car was delivered to a US dealer, so not a Canadian version. I was of the impression the US and Canadian manuals were the same. The manual notes differences for the Canadian car where appropriate.

I don't think there would be any differences in the Canadian car versions either. I'm trying to research serial number ranges for the different editions "A & B" and the different versions of the cover. Even though my research is in it's early stages, I am finding out that version A has the Red 1990 and white Corvette and the B version is the white 1990 and red Corvette....confusing but this is how it is in the beginning

Guys, this situation was not unique to the 1990. In 1994 Chevrolet determined that their 1994 Corvette Owner's Manual was a piece of crap and sent out new ones.
I am attaching some photos of this replacement by Chevrolet. The first is the envelope, the second is the letter and the third and fourth the two types of 1994 manuals.
