I just did a Google Search on "White Racing Products". Lots of bad experiences pop up on the first page of hits.

Admittedly, some are old (2003, 2004), and some people have been happy with what they've bought.

Other people mentioned BBB complaints.

My hunch is he has/had high quality parts/knowledge in the past, but the service is so sporadic, and awful at times, why risk it (if you can get what you need from someone with a good reputation)?

I had a similar experience a year ago. White Racing's website had the part I needed, I placed the order but it didn't arrive after a reasonable time (and I'm only a US state away from them). It took many attempts to contact them but was able to get a refund. It was not a pleasant experience and I lost a lot of time.
Hi,RussMcB.

Thank you for your reply.
You also had trouble with the acquisition of parts of ZR.
A few years ago when I ordered parts for White Racing Products, the parts arrived safely to me. But this time I got a very disappointing result.

Hi,G8nightman.

Thank you for your reply.
Why am I not contacted by phone? My English conversation skills are low, so for me it is difficult to communicate by phone.
I attempted to contact the auto parts supplier to Japan for contact with White Racing Products.
After all he also did not get in touch with White Racing Products.

Hi,Bob.Thank you for your reply.
Yes!I know Jerry's Gaskets,I bought a lot of parts from him for this repair.
However, there were parts not listed on the Web-Site of Jerry's Gaskets.
(for example, camshaft position sensor, and secondary vacuum hose kit
)
So I ordered parts for White Racing Products.

Jerry's Gaskets, I trust very much. I am grateful to him for his prompt and courteous correspondence.

Hi,lfalzarano.

Thank you for your reply.
I not only contacted the e-mail address many times, but also mailed Mr. Kurt White, but there was no reply.

Hi,Z51JEFF

Thank you for your reply.
During the repair this time, my mechanic dropped LT 5 from ZR.
And he changed many Gaskets, Seal, various sensors, Fuel Injector an more...
and painted the engine.
However, camshaft-sensor and Vacuum hose rebuild kit could not be obtained. The mechanics decided to use parts that I used to date for camshaft-sensor. Vacuum Hose also decided to remodel the parts so far and use it.
I would like to use new parts if possible. Because these parts are parts that have been operated while being exposed to high temperature conditions for a long time, I judged that it would be better to replace them at this time.

And I think that I want my son to keep on riding my ZR-1.
