Talking Itty Bitty Bulb needed

Where do I get the little bitty light bulb that illuminates the electric window switches? It removes from the body of the switch with a tiny screwdriver. It is a yellowish orange color. Burnt out. I am type A and enjoy victory over the small things too.

If possible see if there is still a legible part number on the bulb. Then check the parts stores, etc. I have never seen any listed for that application.

Thanks so much. Part number is accurate for complete switch assembly. The itty bitty bulb is not a separate part number. Maybe I can find one at Carlisle. A 1,600 mile road trip for a $1.60 part makes sense to me![emoji41]

"BlackZR1" posted correct information for "just bulb".

OP - I've never attempted to match the bulb/socket and I've only ever seen it referenced to a Stanley #

If you've the bulb/socket removed presently I'd try to compare dimensions to a T3, T4. Dimensions are in the link.

Easier to read dimensions

Many years ago I did several switch back-lighting projects for other than Corvette projects that used some Pontiac/Olds/Buick lighting. I believe I actually sourced most of the project using MOPAR.

This is from a later C4 FSM - Bulb charts are in the 8B & 8C sections of the FSM. The Stanley reference information is there also.

Now we are on to something with the auto illumination link. I will continue with updates. I will get some extras to share!

It's a Sylvania Size 74. I have replaced them many times before. However just reading the thread above it appears WV has you in the right direction. GC

Gentlemen 74 is not the bulb. Open the link of BlackZR1. The black and orange is the bulb. But 10148011 is the part number for the door switch assembly that contains the bulb. GM does not have a part number for the bulb itself. WVZR1 is on track with the T3 or T5. Anyone have a source?
