My 91 ZR1 has a Chip from T.C.C. out of Montauk NY. Appears to be out of business. Anyone have any info on this business? Was looking at a Haibeck Chip but noticed this Chip with a sticker from T.C.C. chip.jpg
Were they reputable? Or still in business? Thanks! |

The Corvette Consultant. Very little difference from a stock chip. Go for the Haibeck chip.

The Corvette Consultant made chips many many years ago. Compared to the knowledge that some of the ZR1 gurus have today that chip is ancient.

Yes, back in the early to mid 90's, The Corvette Consultant in Montauk, NY performed mods to ZR-1's. I thought it was largely bolt on items like exhaust and brakes, but if the chip said TCC then they must have done that too. It seems like a lifetime ago.......................... I know I had one of their catalogs at some point, as I was considering the Flowmaster system, and I likely still have it somewhere in my box of documents for the car. But yes, I agree with Frank that chip likely had a picture of Ben-Hur's Chariot on it. ![]() Marty |
