Re: 30 Front Sway Bar
Couldn't get it to paste. But car tech stuff by Richard Newton shows adjustable rear made by dj racing. I wanted to do that this winter, but didn't get around to it.

Re: 30 Front Sway Bar
Can someone remind me what size bars our cars came with?
I measured mine today and they are both 26mm. Thanks. |

Re: 30 Front Sway Bar
Didn't see this until now, I don't get to the forum (and particularly this sub-forum) much. FWIW and this was a while ago...
On stock springs and bars our car was crazy loose even with proper alignment. Bumped both springs, still so. Dropped the rear spring (1/2 way back to stock) and bar and became much more neutral. Bumped the front bar and had much better camber control, did not go to push except on trail-braking. Oddly I am not sure, but am starting to think a little loose may be fastest for a transition heavy thing like autocross. Next setup (for this season) I'm working on more spring/shock and expect to drop front bar from 32S to 32T. Probably will look to try a 19mm rear bar too. Cheers, - Jeff
