If this is for 415 build plus aluminum radiator plus another line item for 200 some dollars, $28,000 by renounced tuner, perhaps, is not so crazy despite 1999 dollar.

LPE had a 620 H.P. package listed on their website the last time I looked for $26,000.00 but I see it is not listed anymore

Technically this engine is a unicorn, and is not duplicated. It was a one off for the 1998 High Speed Shootout with 688 H.P.

Looks like the Plenum was included.

It looks like Lingenfelter has removed their packages for the C4 from their website completely. This happened recently as I remember looking at their packages in December.
