Fuel Rail/Fuel Pressure Regulator

I am looking for a Fuel Pressure Regulator and I am assuming the whole Fuel Rail with the hard lines/connectors/"O" rings between the Regulator and Rails. Ran into a Fuel Pressure Regulator Failure yesterday with Raw Gas sucked into the Plenum. It is Rare but Happens

I have not figured out how to take a Fuel Pressure Regulator apart but apparently the air controlled valve/bellows totally failed with raw gas being forced out through the vacuum port and sucked into the Plenum from the Fuel Rails.

Ruptured diaphram. The stock regulator is not made to be servicable. There are alternatives besides replacement with a stock style regulator.

All you need is just the regulator. I have the o-rings, PN 14104675-9V and also a stock replacement regulator.

However, YOU would LIKE this! Would be nice n' blingy with braided SS lines & look cool mounted on the RH side of the plenum.

Seems like it would be a challenge to use an aftermarket pressure regulator with our hard lines. Where and how would you plumb it?

Braided SS lines

1.Single unregulated supply line to regulator,

2. (a) If regulator equipped for 2 regulated outlet lines, then 1 to each rail.
If not, then (b) single regulated line to Tee fitting + line from each end of Tee run to each rail.

3. Regulator return to return fuel line

Fuel Rails modifications.

1. Weld shut all rail holes for fuel pipe connections between rails

2. Weld AN fittings on firewall end of fuel rails for regulated fuel pressure lines.

3. Mount liquid filled analog gauge direct to regulator

I have a set of modified fuel rails somewhere. Will take photo later if interested.

The benefit is constant fuel pressure at all manifold pressures, from max vacuum to zero or positive pressure if boosted.

Maybe the ZR-1 script like our rear end logo, I like the splash logo as well and I can display my my splash pin to it as well like I have on your current hat.

What about the hat style itself, the soft, black denim. Is that still the preferred type? Maybe "Beanies" are the thing at the moment, especially for the NE part of the country.
