Scared of springs?

Yup - me too...

That hairy nasty corner jam is THE pet peeve, as far as I'm concerned - house, car, keyboard, etc. Usually go to extremes to serve eviction notice too.

But fear of springs, in THIS instance anyway, is tantamount, and wins out over the grubby gunk. The belt coil / mechanism wont remove either, from the bottom housing half....

I wanted to clean and oil the innerds, and the housing as well, but I think it ain't gonna' happen, without a Guinea belt to experiment on first.

FSM has no service procedure, as Dominic was sayin' there; anybody got a broken belt they'll pass on here? Or sell? PM @ me here if you would...
