My car was sold in manhatten beach CA. As indicated by complete Pizza box, window sticker etc. but NCM window sticker shows delivery to Chevrolet central office In Warren MI. This window Sticker shows CA emissions for 100 dollars. So, if this car was was a PEP car then were these cars ordered by a dealer ie. California in my case evaluated in warren MI and then sent to the dealer who ordered it? And then what did they do to the cars during this performance evaluation. The CA emissions charge did not appear on the CA dealer window sticker. Just interesting trivia to me.

The cars were in a pool. GM execs drove them generally for six months. Then sold and even ordered (tagged) by any buyer through the dealership network. The discounts were a little more than ordering a car with a GM employee discount.

so this car was probably ordered by this manhatten beach dealer but was then for some reason sent to the pool for PEP. That would be why the california emissions were orginally on the window sticker??? So it would be sold as some kind of demo. car with several thousands miles on it???

Yes BUT...if an employee tagged it in another part of the USA, it would have been sent a different dealer for delivery.
