To the extent anyone relies on the spare tire, it is a good idea to make certain the pressure is up to spec (about 60 pounds as I recall). When I had my car at Marc's last summer after I bought it he checked and it had only 20 psi in it. But I agree with Dave--credit card (and maybe AAA) are the most important.--Bob

IPhone (including charger) and Debit Card....Oh.....and complete set of metric combination ratchet wrenches, screw drivers, vice grips and jumper cables (the smaller gauge jumper cables)

I do NOT carry any spare parts as I will just call for delivery on parts if I need

And my trusted 8 mm combination ratchet wrench for battery posts which I disconnect negative terminal overnight (two reasons)

Proof of Insurance and Registration in Glove Box along with ......well you know being from the mid west

Almost forgot......Ohm/volt meter and a flashlight.

After I get Daniel's Daniel MC Tow Adapter installed I will also carry a light weight nylon tow rope
