Should be 6 hours maybe 7 at most. It is rather time consuming.

Undo shift knob and other interior trim
Remove exhaust
Remove driveline
Remove C-beam
Remove trans
Remove clutch slave
Remove bellhousing
Remove pressure plate and clutch disk
Prep and clean surfaces
And install.

Right, well the OD was a 2-speed overdrive, as in it had two ratios. It resulted in 3 extra overall gear ratios though (as it wasn't used on 1st gear).
