Options for H/L controller module...

The battery drain problem needs butter (it's TOAST)

Can it be repaired? I have a 36 oz. framing hammer that can fix ANY stubborn part

eBay seller says his '90 H/L controller module also fits C5 vette - anybody know otherwise? And some '90 's F-body H/L controller modules look identically configured, for half the price???

Anyone here on the boards holding ?

Put the control back in place. Do the H/L motors rotate? Check for the draw at each H/L motor disconnecting each, one at a time. If the H/L rotate I doubt it's the control module.

Yes, both DO rotate there Dave, and the right H/L occasionally does the half-turn, from Del-rins, probably being broken.

Would the H/L with the half-turn problem make the limiter contact stay 'closed', and create the power draw???

AND - I could feel BOTH motors getting power, with my finger on the manual rotation knob that's affixed to the motor's worm drive............
