Since I have a Power Probe, it was easy to check. I guess the horn shorted out. Left side no noise, right side noise. I pulled it and the fuses no longer pop when I hit the horn button now. All the aftermarket stuff is funky so I'm looking for a replacememt. Here, CF, 20th Street, Corvette Recycling. Hope to come up with one soon.
