I have a '95 with about 8000 miles. The observed engine temp driving at 60 MPH with 75 degree air temp and A/C off is around 192 degrees (consistently). Today, the air temp was 95 degrees and with the A/C on, the engine temp was between 210 - 215 degrees.
Is that a "normal" temperature given the conditions? Thanks. |

Yes. I have a 94 and temp was about the same. Now that I made some mod, 95 degree day crusing is about 198. In the winter, about 30-35 degrees, I see about 180 degrees.

Marc Haibeck will provide such a chip which also adds other nice features (like full power normally on rather than having to switch it on - you can switch it off with the key). |
