Default Wheel Stud Thread Specs Please!!!!

Hi all. I'm looking for correct info on two things.

1) Wheel stud size/pitch for stock studs

2) Open lug style lug nuts LONG internal 12pt CHROME or POLISHED???

I want the long lug nuts with the open end and internal 12pt or 6pt.

Thanks for helping if you can?

The Shelby lug nuts are what you need. I have the keys and only a partial set of lug nuts...
