Default Digital Display

The digital display on my instrament cluster is missing segments. As the speed changes the missing segments change. I have checked all my grounds and think the problem is in the display itself. Dose any body no where I could get it repaired or exchanged. Also any ideas on how to fix it would be even better.

What year?

Also when you turn the key on and the LCD self-tests are all the segment lit up or the bad ones still showing up?
