Default Rear End Snubber Extensions for Drag Racing

Went to the drag strip Saturday morning to put few runs on the new Center Force clutch I installed recently. Also tried out a pair of 2.25" snubber extensions to limit the rear end downward movement so the spindles might have better chance of surviving this time out. Happy to report both the clutch and snubber extensions worked great. The clutch engagement was much smoother coming off the line than with the privious kevlar clutch and the rear end did not squat like before. Best run was 12.41 at 114 mph with a 1.86 sixty launching a 2400-2500 rpm. Could have tried launching a little harder but did not want to risk busting another spindle as I had a function to attend latter that day. Was running on 315/35R17 MT ET Street Radials at 17 psi.
