how bad is the plate you don't want to use? my hatch is also not attached perfect and I may attempt to remove it from the plate, but my plate is 'bowed' I might be interested in the one you don't use

The edge is scraped up pretty good from having the glass stored on that edge and it has a small dimple that looks like it was there before it was painted over at the factory. I'll try to take some pics
