jerrydirks Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Saint Michael MN Posts: 19	Timken pilot bearing Which end of the timken pilot bearing goes towards the front. The bearing has a large metal end with the bearing number on it. Should this end be toward the xmission? What is the result if the bearing is installed backward? Jerry Hope to be running b4 winter.
