Here's the route I've mapped out using Google Earth. Looks like a lot of fun and picturesque. Part of it came from Randy Bee.
Leave Hinsdale Oasis going 294 South>
I-55 South > I-355 South
>I-80 East > I-57 South (past Urbana) >
I-64 East > I-164 South >
US 41 South > Pennyrile Parkway South/East >
Audubon Parkway onto US 60 South around Owensboro >
Green River/William Natcher Pkwy South/East >
I-65 North > NCM
Parkways are all 4 lane
