Hi all, Newb here. I'm looking at buying a 1990 ZR1, black, manual, full load(whatever that means and the car has a special package on it

)
Anyway, it has rebuilt status. The story was it was stolen and on a container for offshore when it was recovered. Since it had been more then 3 months, the ins. co. paid out. the story is once they pay out, the car has to be written off. it has 24000 miles and it does look mint in, out and under. I am looking to offer 23-25K. Good deal? No? Runaway?
Any feedback would be great.
